I ran ''to the other side'' just before the sun came up. Saw a bunny quickly hopping away which provided a reminder that short runs should at least have a little speed, so I focused on picking it up a tad.
I didn't run yesterday, as I spent the day doing some painting and gardening. Amazingly, I'm sore from the gardening.
